Kent Cricket Heritage Trust launch new website

The Kent Cricket Heritage Trust is delighted to announce the launch of the new website heritage.kentcricket.co.uk

The purpose of the site is to help the Trust promote the rich history of cricket in our county, share information about the many historically important items in the archive at Canterbury and explain what is being done to preserve them for future generations.

Among a number of features on the site are :

  • News updates – details of items recently added to the archive, Trust activities and forthcoming events;
  • Collections – images of prized possessions – caps, bats, balls, pads, silverware and rare photographs – many of which have been kindly donated by our past players;
  • Research and Education – where you can see results of recent studies undertaken by the Trust (including information not available elsewhere) and areas where we may be able to support the education sector.
  • Access to a Kent Cricket themed blog edited by KCHT Chair Jo Rice and all issues of the Trust newsletter, ‘Inside Edge’.

We encourage any supporter of cricket in Kent to visit the site and, perhaps, bookmark it so you can pop back occasionally to hear the latest news and developments.

The Kent Cricket Heritage Trust is a charitable organisation that is funded entirely by subscriptions from members and donations from generous benefactors. If you would like to help our valuable work, please visit the site and click on the Membership page so that you can join us!
